Dosage Instructions

We recommend 1 tablespoon daily for adults, and 1 teaspoon daily for children over age one to boost the immune system for overall health.

If you have a cold, flu or allergies increase dosage to 1 tablespoon up to 4 times per day (for children over one use 1 teaspoon).

Our Elderberry Syrup contains honey and is not safe for children under age 1
